Our Process

Start by scheduling a 20 minute complimentary consultation to help me learn about you! Where are you at in your health journey? What are your health goals? What is nutritional therapy and how will we work together?

Our Work Together:

Review Health Data. We will go over data collected from the health history intake form, food/mood journal and nutritional questionnaire. With this information, we will collaborate on ideas to reach your health goals.

Provide Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Recommendations. Nutrition plays a big role in getting back to your health, however, lifestyle is also a huge part. In addition to honing in on healing through nutritious foods, we will focus on ways to manage your stress and what changes could be made to better support your health goals.

We will work together to create tangible food and lifestyle recommendations and goals to take with you.
